How do I prepare it?
Start small... and take your worries away!
For the first feeding, give 1 teaspoon (3g) with porridge or puree. We recommend that you give it during the day to observe him during the following two hours in case any allergy symptoms appear.
For a second dose, if there is no allergy on those days, repeat the same 3g dose again.
For the following intakes, we recommend including 1 tablespoon (6g) in their meals, once a day and about 3-4 times a week during the first year.
