Choose your favorite Smileat packs and the frequency with which you want to receive them: every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. On the date you decide, your Smileat order will be generated, and within 24-48 hours, you'll have it at home, always keeping your pantry stocked.

What is the Smileat Subscription?

How do I activate my subscription?

 You can start your subscription hereby clicking on the 'Subscribein the packs of your choice and choosing the desired frequency. (every 2, 4 or 6 weeks). The products you choose will be added to your cart.


In the cart, you can view your purchase summary. Click on 'Finalize order' and you can fill out the form with your shipping details and proceed to payment for the first subscription order.


You are free to change or cancel your subscription order at any time before the next subscription order.


Tip: add at least 30€ to your cart and choose the same frequency in all your packs to get free shipping.

Make your life easier! That is essential, but you will also get the best price no matter which subscription pack you subscribe to. Convenience, flexibility and availability assured in your subscription orders.

When will my subscription order arrive?

Whenever you want! The first order arrives within 24-48 hours and the following orders will be generated automatically with the frequency you choose: every 2, 4 or 6 weeks and you will receive them 24-48 hours later.

How is the payment processed?

To activate your subscription you will need to enter a payment method, and this will be done automatically when your subscription order is generated. Subsequent orders will follow the same procedure: you will receive a payment confirmation when the order is generated.

How can I add products to my subscription?

You can conveniently add new subscription products by accessing your customer account. Click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' and go to the 'Subscriptions' section, there you will see the 'Add Product' button.

Search for the product you want to add, select it, and add it either as a recurring item (only for packs by choosing the frequency) or as a one-time addition to receive it only in your next order.

How can I add a discount code to my subscription?

You can add a discount code to your subscription packs by accessing your customer account. Click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' and go to the 'Subscriptions' section. Then, select one of the packs in your subscription, and at the bottom, you will see the 'Add Discount' button, where you should enter it.

NOTE: Discount codes from the points program, called "X€ Off on your next Subscription order," will be valid only for subscriptions. Occasionally, other codes announced in promotions dedicated to subscriptions may also be applicable.

How can I change the renewal date of my subscription?

You can easily modify the day on which you want your subscription order to be generated by accessing your customer account. Click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' and go to 'Your next order' to edit the 'Order Date' or any other details.Keep in mind that your order will arrive within 24-48 hours from that date.

How can I delay or advance my subscription?

By modifying the renewal date as we explained in the previous question. you can delay or advance the order as much as you want.

What happens if I go on vacation?

No problem! Follow the guidelines in the section "How can I change the renewal date of my subscription?" And schedule your next order for the day that suits you best.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We don't want you to go 😥 But if that's what you wish, you can cancel your subscription anytime by accessing your customer account here or by clicking on the "Person Icon" located at the top right corner of the website.

Once there, click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' and go to the 'Subscriptions' section to view all the packs you are subscribed to. Cancel your subscription to all the packs, and you're all set!

What happens if my subscription order is not generated?

Don't worry! It can happen for various reasons: a payment or website error, insufficient funds on the card, an incomplete field in your subscription... but we are here to help you 🙂

What is a customizable pack?

It's a pack of 12 or 24 jars, each weighing 230g, that you customize yourself. You can combine any jar from the range of lunch and dinner options to create your ideal pack.

How can I create/modify my Customizable Pack?

The Customizable Pack is available exclusively for subscription. You can choose the frequency with which you want to receive it, and you can pause or cancel it for free.

No, sorry! At the moment, we are only testing with the food jars for lunch and dinner; if everything goes well, we will give you the option to customize packs of fruit jars and pouches.
