GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SUAVINEX X SMILEAT PRIZE DRAW

FIRST.- SMILEAT, S.L., with Tax ID No. B87144622 and registered office at Calle Gran Vía 62, 5D, 28013, Madrid (hereinafter, “SMILEAT”), together with SUAVINEX GROUP, S.L., with Tax ID No. B03074093 and registered office at Calle del Rublo s/n, Polígono Industrial Las Atalayas, Parcela R83-R94, 03114, Alicante (hereinafter,
“SUAVINEX” and, together with SMILEAT, the “Organizers”), is organizing this prize draw from October 26, 2026 at 00:00 to October 31, 2026 at 23:59, linked to a purchase at the SMILEAT online store and consisting of a prize draw (hereinafter, the “Prize Draw” or the “Promotional
promotional campaign”), and will be governed by these general terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “General Terms and Conditions”).
Description of the promotional campaign:

- Organization method: The promotional campaign will be organized through the SMILEAT online store (www.smileat.com).

- Eligibility and geographical scope: Any adult individual residing in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands who meets the conditions in Clause Two of the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Participants”). Users who are subscribers to SMILEAT’s subscription service (hereinafter, the “Subscribers”) are excluded from the Prize Draw.

- Description of the promotional campaign and how to participate: The promotional campaign consists of a prize draw for a bundle of SUAVINEX products among all users who make a purchase of more than 30 euros (including VAT) at www.smileat.com during the participation period. Entry is automatic: no action other than making a purchase is required. Each user may enter only once, regardless of the number of orders placed. Subscribers will not participate in the Prize Draw, even if they make purchases that meet the stated amount.

Regardless of the Prize Draw, all orders placed at www.smileat.com during the participation period will include a sample of SUAVINEX Protective Ointment, while supplies last, including orders placed by Subscribers. The sample does not constitute the Prize Draw prize, is not dependent on the purchase amount, and does not by itself grant entry into the Prize Draw; therefore, Subscribers will receive
the sample, but will not participate in the Prize Draw.

- Participation dates: from October 26, 2026 at 00:00 (CET) to October 31, 2026 at 23:59 (CET). The date and time the order payment is confirmed will be taken into account.

- Winner selection date: within five (5) calendar days following the end of the participation period, that is, no later than November 6, 2026.

- Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random from among all Participants who meet the requirements of these General Terms and Conditions. No alternates will be selected.

- Prize: The following prize is established for the Promotional Campaign:

1 winner. The winner will receive a SUAVINEX product package consisting of:
- 1x 500 ml Extra-Gentle Shampoo
- 1x 500 ml Foaming Bath Gel
- 1x 500 ml Gentle Bath Cream Gel
- 1x 500 ml Body Moisturizing Milk
- 1x 100 ml Protective Repairing Ointment
- 1x 50 ml Liniment
- 1x 500 ml Micellar Water
- 1x 50 ml My First Facial Cream
- 1x 50 ml My First Facial Cream SPF 30
- 1x 100 ml Massage Oil
The prize may not be exchanged for its cash value or transferred to third parties. SUAVINEX will ship the prize package to the Winner.

The Winner will be notified by email at the address provided with the order, no later than November 6, 2026 (within five (5) calendar days following the end of the promotion), to inform them that they have won and, if applicable, request the details necessary for SUAVINEX to
send them the prize.

- Deadline for the Winner to respond to communications from the Organizers: The Winner will have five (5) days from the date the first communication is sent to respond to communications from SMILEAT informing them that they have won, and accept the prize.

SECOND.- All persons who meet the requirements of these General Terms and Conditions and who (i) are at least 18 years old, (ii) legally reside in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, (iii) have the legal capacity required to be bound by them under applicable law, (iv) read and accept these General Terms and Conditions, (v) are not Subscribers, and (vi) follow the participation procedure set out in these General Terms and Conditions, providing the complete and accurate information and details requested by SMILEAT to process their order and organize the Promotional Campaign, may participate in the Promotional Campaign.

Participants, simply by taking part in this prize draw, unconditionally and fully accept its terms and conditions for the resolution of any matter arising from the interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions.

Participation in the Promotional Campaign requires a purchase of more than 30 euros (VAT included) at www.smileat.com during the participation period. Orders that are canceled or returned, or for which payment is not completed, shall not entitle the purchaser to participate in the Prize Draw. Orders placed by Subscribers shall also not entitle the purchaser to participate, including those placed as part of their subscription.

THIRD.- The Organizers reserve the right to request proof at any time that all the requirements set out in these General Terms and Conditions have been met. Participants who do not meet the participation requirements (including the condition of not being a Subscriber) or refuse to provide
a suitability test for participating in the Prize Draw shall automatically be
excluded.
Any entry that is inaccurate, incomplete, incorrect or false shall not be taken into
account and shall be void.

FOURTH.- On the date the Promotional Campaign is announced, SMILEAT will contact the Winner by email to inform them that they have won and arrange delivery of the Prize.

FIFTH.- The Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited their right to the Prize if they do not respond (or do not respond satisfactorily) to SMILEAT’s communications within the period specified in Clause One of these General Terms and Conditions, or if it is not possible to deliver the Prize to the Winner for reasons beyond the
Organizers.

In such case, just as if the Winner waived their right to receive the Prize, since no alternate has been appointed, the Organizers may declare the Prize unawarded.

Neither the expiry of the period specified in this Clause nor a waiver shall in any way be considered just cause for revoking or terminating the licenses granted under these General Terms and Conditions.

SIXTH.- By participating in the Promotional Campaign, Participants warrant and represent that: (i) they accept these General Terms and Conditions; (ii) they meet all the requirements necessary for the purposes set out herein; (iii) the information or data provided in connection with the Promotional Campaign is true and accurate.

SEVENTH.- The Organizers shall not be liable: (i) for defects, failures or malfunctions in telecommunications systems, the online store, or any other resource used in connection with the Promotional Campaign, or for delays in transmitting the information required to participate or any loss of such information that may occur as a result of any of these circumstances; (ii) for defects, damage or losses that Participants may suffer as a result of using third-party software applications required to participate in the Campaign, or other resources used in connection with the Promotional Campaign;

The Organizers will not be liable for delays, losses or damage arising from causes beyond their control. The Organizers will also not be liable for force majeure events (such as strikes, mobility restrictions, changes in health circumstances, etc.) that may prevent the Winner from enjoying the Prize in whole or in part. The Organizers will not be liable for these
situations or any damage resulting from enjoying the Prize.

EIGHTH.- Promotional Campaign Privacy Policy. Personal data provided during the promotional campaign will be processed by SMILEAT, as the data controller, for the purpose of properly managing the promotion (verifying compliance with the participation requirements, conducting the draw, notifying the Winner of the result and delivering the Prize). The legal basis for processing is the user's voluntary participation in the Promotional Campaign. The data will be retained for as long as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and thereafter for the periods established by law.

Participants' personal data will not be provided to any third party or published, except for the Winner's data strictly necessary to deliver the Prize, which will be shared with SUAVINEX solely for the purpose of shipping the prize package, and SUAVINEX will process it exclusively for that purpose. SUAVINEX will not have
access to the personal data of the other Participants.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending a written request to SMILEAT, for the attention of the Marketing Department, at the registered office address indicated in Clause One, and may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

NINTH.- These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any complaint relating to the Sweepstakes must be sent in writing to SMILEAT or SUAVINEX, for the attention of the SMILEAT Marketing Department, at its registered office at Calle Gran Vía 62, 5D, 28013, Madrid, or to SUAVINEX at its registered office at Calle del Rublo s/n, Polígono Industrial Las Atalayas, Parcela R83-
R94, 03114, Alicante.

TENTH.- The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotional campaign, in whole or in part, when justified circumstances or force majeure prevent it from proceeding as normal, notifying Participants through the same channels used to announce the promotion.

ELEVENTH.- These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to Participants, without prejudice to any applicable legislation.
