A 10-month-old baby already knows a variety of foods, is becoming familiar with new textures and flavors, and consequently, is developing an interest in food that is starting to become significant.
During these months, you'll notice that they can now use their thumb and forefinger to pick up objects and bring them to their mouth. Additionally, they can sit up on their own, and the extrusion reflex disappears. At 10 months and meeting the mentioned developmental milestones, it's a sign that they can start having our snacks without any issues, always under supervision, as they are still learning to handle solid foods properly.
Variety of foods for 10-month-old babies
We can give them the organic multigrain breadsticks with banana and pumpkin, perfect for when their teeth are still coming in.
