Mealtime is one of the family moments where parents and children interact the most. We should try to make it a happy time to share experiences and emotions. When children are old enough to start eating on their own, we can share recipes with them.

If the little ones eat the same as the parents, they will surely show much more interest in food. For this reason, we recommend always having recipes for children and the whole family on hand, and if possible, buying organic products or organic ingredients.

Today we recommend two healthy recipes to share with the family
