Healthy breakfasts to start the day strong
Eduardo Fedriani
We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is not just a trend, but having a strong and healthy meal to start the day, especially for children. At Smileat, we look for healthy and organic alternatives for those times when you don’t have time to make your favorite dishes at home. With our organic products, you can continue giving your little one the most natural meals, even if you don’t have time to make them yourself. What are the best breakfasts at home? A good breakfast should consist of three fundamental parts:
- Lipids: to provide you with energy to start the day
- Fiber: to maintain that energy throughout the morning
- Proteins: to nourish the whole body
- Lipids: milk, yogurt, and dairy products
- Fiber: foods like seeds, oat flakes, or those rich in wheat
- Proteins: nuts, chia seeds…
- Fruit jars with crushed cookies (this way we introduce vitamins, lipids, fiber, and proteins)
- A pouch after milk (providing a quick serving of lipids and vitamins)
- A fruit pouch/jar after the puree (providing the three necessary parts for a good breakfast)
